well, a few days ago I saw that Valve updated the blog, and I found this in one of their URL's

In my opinion it looks kinda cool and I would love to see a map made out of it.

I tried making a swamp map a long time ago. The problem is that you use alot of water and alot of fog so it is very expensive in terms of map design.
