Are Admins Allowed to kick ppl with ping above 200?

I really need to know this guys.. cos i was kicked by admin for having ping over 200 thats what was said.
So pl clarify this to me.

There's an autokick if you've had more 400 ping or more over a certain period of time, but I havent seen anyway kick for ping before. Kinda pointless, y'know.
 
There is no need for any admin to bother with paying attention to anyone's ping. As Chair mentioned, the server autokicks at a ping of 450+.

One less headache for an admin to worry about.
