Built a new computer for my son on the cheap. I put in an asus mb, amd x2 9600 cpu, 4 gigs of ddr2 ram, 750 gig hard drive and my old 7950 gt video card. Using HWMonitor to check temps. I notice the video card is at 55 idle. Any idea how to lower it or does that card generally run hot?
IF anyone with a similar card has a cooling issue, or if you are a computer tech/geek, please give me some advice. Thanks
