I just got done playing Death Aboard and have to say it's really really good. It's every bit as good as the actual campaigns that came with the game itself! So what is your personal favorite add on campaign for L4D?

If you haven't played Death Aboard yet go download it!

edit: Reading some of the comments on FPSBanana, I'm not sure that is the most current version (ie. completed and launchable via. add-on campaign option)
I got my copy here: http://www.l4dmaps.com/details.php?file=33

I've heard some great stuff about Heaven Can Wait, I haven't had a chance to play it yet though.

You have to download the VPK files from the site. I usually go to www.l4dmods.com or l4dmaps.com. They seem to have the best and most maps i have seen. I have played Death Aboard. I also have Heaven Can Wait. I like Powerstation cause its more of a puzzle and booby trap map. There are many others. Most of the maps on the sites are survival since the author doesn't have the time or maybe creativity to make a full on campaign. I am pretty sure it takes a lot of time and work.

i got burnt out on L4D but when i pick it back up ill check some of these customs out :D

Heaven can wait is really hard ( well it was for us ) at one point we had to change the difficulty to easy lol. But it is really well made and long. Definitly to try!

I'd say Dead Aboard's very good for a fan-made custom map, though it does have annoying parts and little errors and bad layouts. I hate how you have to push a car that's basically guaranteed to fall out and incap one player, and how long you have to run to get to the balloon. I'm referring to the correct map, right?

Yep, that's the one. The car falling out of the packing crate was amazing though --- really scared me! I went to open it and wham! incap by a falling car that then set off an alarm and triggered another bunch of zombies. The tilted level was pretty cool too with the in game physics.

The falling car is FUNNY to make new people to the campaign get hit by. I do hate how long the rescue time is. It's pretty ridiculous how long you have to wait for the balloon.

Oh yeah the slanted part of the level was epic! I'm surprised Valve never came up with something like that. They need more unique level parts like that.

I played Coal'd Blood (get it?)

Its not finished, and it lacks polish.

But, the very few campaigns that the games comes with leaves me thirsting for more.

They're fun to play with friends too.
