Halo 3 was fun, although after Halo 1, they never got the pistol or melee right. Everyone whined about the pistol in Halo 1, if it had been a carbine looking weapon with the same stats, no one would have complained. People are used to pistols being crap in games. In Halo 2, the damage was crap, Halo 3, mag cap was too small, and you didn't carry enough ammo to use it as a second weapon, and the fire rate was limited. They should have just dropped the scope from the Halo 1 pistol and called it good. The halo 1 pistol took 3 headshots to kill with shields up, too powerful, lol? It seems like Halo 1 was the only one they got right, the gameplay was great, you had to time your melee attacks just right, but they were devastating. I had Halo 3, but the multiplayer was laggy.
