Haven't they said this about every MMO that's come out after WoW? So far, all of them have failed in that claim.

Aion is pretty fun, I've played in the last few beta weekends. I ordered the CE from steam and so far it's fun.

Er, actually the one that does pull people from WoW is the MMO blizzard is developing ATM. But then again they said they dont want it to compete with WoW, but I think it will be like 2020 by then anyway...

well Aion already has about 3 million subs in china and with WoW china having major problems,Aion will be the WoW killer in Asia, 6million of WoW's subs come from china

Considering they all pre-ordered and have been playing in the beta for quite some time, im not "assuming" anything.

Pre-ordered the CE back around beta 3.

Prolly gonna play elyos on one server and asmodian on another so I dunno exactly which servers I'll be on atm.

Meh, noone should care about a game being the WoW "killer". Warcraft has solidified its fanbase through it's RTS games and most recently the MMO, so it's not even possible to kill such a beast.

Warcraft has some awesome lore behind it, but the MMO's expansion ever since BC came out can't keep me immersed in its world for longer than a couple sub payments. =\
(The only other game aside from pre-exp. WoW that did that was SWG. 4 years...and that was more because the players had to create their own fun XD)

@CutChemist, bro I haven't seen or played an MMO to this day that hasn't included a grind of some sorts. XD

Not necessarily saying that ur complaining about that, just stating th fact.
