Though I wouldn't call it a "full blown Peter Jackson film". It definitely looks like the best Sci-fi flick to come out this year...that's right screw Star Trek.

Yeah, I think Peter Jackson just produced the film.

But wow, I had never seen the short film this was based off of. Very interesting. And yes, I will definitely be seeing this movie Friday when it comes out. I've been waiting for this movie for a very long time.

Yep you right that was just a rumor. Much like the Spielberg rumor from earlier this week. As of right now. Microsoft is not in the market to make a Halo movie and is instead focusing on other Halo related (ODST & Reach). Then again they also said "nothing further to share with respect to plans regarding a Halo movie". So it jsut might happen eventually.

Ummmm.... wrong.


On the District 9 side of things, definitely going to go see it either tonight or tomorrow. This movie, and Inglorious Bastards are the two movies that I'll be paying to see, as opposed to just waiting for them to come out on DVD.
