COD6 Price Increased

No they said max is going to be $10-15 over normal market price for games. This means it's gonna cost about $60-70 USD... unless they lied

And how is CoD substandard? It's one of the most popular gaming series' ever, and CoD2 is my personal favorite FPS and WW2 game of all time.

I take it you've never played Quake.... Or Halo (PC).... Or Neotokyo.... Or Battlefield.... Or Half-Life 2 (deathmatch)... Or Doom... Or Duke Nukem... Or any of the other ten million better FPS games.

other than CoD 3. I agree that the CoD series has had great game play and is on par for other good fps's. Will the quality of CoD:Mod warfare 2 be good enough fo an extra $10... probably.

People are complaining too much over price increase. Eventually games are going to go up in price, it's how inflation works. Higher prices, but that is Activision's choice. If it doesn't sell well, then they'll lower the price. When money isn't being made from video games then, well, video games stop being created. As much as paying extra money for games isn't desirable, if the fun factor of it is enough then I'll buy it.

I wouldn't take that game if someone paid me to take it off of their hands, let alone pay $100USD for it.
 
CoD really bores me, I can get an equivalent fix from INS. Someone just needs to port the maps. Besides, CoD wasn't built for PC, not sense the first installment. Let the console gamers have their fun.

(Trust me, we're used to it < Playstation 3 owner)

You can see fifty feet (About 16 yards if you've ever seen a football field). I'm also willing to bet they're plastic.
 
If the game is indeed truly wroth the price then I will pay for it but if and only it is high quality.

I'm gonna wait for an offical review and I'll take a look at gameplay videos only then I will decide weither or not to buy that game for 100.

Everything after CoD1 was just a reskin.
 
i had lots of fun playing modern warfare, wish i wouldn't have lost my key so i could re-install. since it's "only" going to be 60 i'll most likely end up getting it.
 
MW2 is only being raised to that extent in the UK.

Prestige Edition in the UK is going to be over ?100, I think it was ?120 they said.
 
Omg there's already a cod6? Modern warfare 2 hasn't even came out yet. And is the this gonna be the cheapest it can be bought for?
 
Think about what kinda game you get for that money. You get a campaign, co-op, and the multiplayer can be played for years. Even if it were $100 , what form of entertainment could you buy for $100 that would last you 1 year minimum ? IF u get tired of it.

Now if you buy a game for $60 and beat it in 3 days, get tired of it in a week, thats a problem.

Or u could just buy one of the million other games that give you the same enjoyment and hold my attention for much longer and are only 50. No reaaon to raise it now.
