How and where it goes?

[sfmeepy]

I've been trying to record games by pulling console and typing record (name) but actually i dont know where it goes? Ive encountered few "MAGICAL" people when admins aren't around and wanna try to help keep servers clean. Been playing since 14(im 27 now) and i have seen how it kills the server and for my experience kills the fun of the game.(stay clean)
