Run RAM at 1066 MHz

You would have to take pics with a camera. Before taking that step, download CPU-Z and post screencaps of all the tabs in there. May possibly be able to troubleshoot from that alone.
 
I didn't realize they are 1066 Mhz standard, I thought it was an 800 Mhz to 1066 OC at first. Sounds like you have at least one defective stick, I recommend you RMA/contact Corsair after you run memtest86 to determine which stick is the offender.
