The only FPS that has EVER kept me wanting to play 24/7 is TF2, every other I never really played for more than 30-60 minutes for the whole day.

no worries, I like Halo too, particularly that you didn't have some "Hammer Space" inventory of 30 guns all at one time.

For others, Bioshock for storyline, F.E.A.R for making me nearly peeing myself, TRON 2.0 for its visual style, Team Fortress 2 because of team gameplay style, and COD4 for it's uncompromising grittyness.

I agree with you. Halo got me into FPS (well cs came first but I never owned a copy and lan centers cost a lot of $). I liked how vehicles were in the game. The story line and multiplayer was fun too.

Starseige Tribes is the first FPS game i really really liked playing... Now it's been ripped off to high hell. Halo is just a slower dumbed down version of it.
