I tried it out, I highly suggest you get it, it's really nice, really easy to configure, and it really helps. It's not ridiculous and worthless, it's actually really well tailored and has everything you need pretty much to improve your game on any class.

Sweet map.

But, if you want a real skill game that you actually need to train in, pick up Quake. Quake Live is a free version of Quake 3 Arena. You thought airshots, rocketjumping, and aim were important in TF2? Try adding all that together with a faster paced game, strafe jumping (like super bunny hopping), launch pads, multiple players, a multitude of weapons, tactics, map control, armor, health, and the awesome gauntlet.
