don't think its specifically weapon_hegrenade im pretty sure you'll have to use slot4
however if you do that it means it'll be the same for mouse up and down, so if you scroll up it'll bring your nade then flashbangs then smoke, if you scroll down it'll do the same thing instead of up for nade down for flash

as you said tho they do not work, i know another way is to bind mwheeldown slot4 bind mwheelup slot4 but it would be the way i said above
