INS vs DOD:S Pre-scrim event/give-a-way

**Time needs to be pushed back 30 mins, the starting time is as follows:
(as per time zone)
7:30EST
6:30CST
5:30MST
4:30PST



Next Wednesday, we have a scrim vs the DoD division. We understand a lot of people don't own it, so this is why I came up with this.

Want to play DoD:S but don't own it?

I will be hosting an event Saturday between the times of 6-9Pm (central tz). This will be an Olympic style competition, there will be several events that you will scored on from your INS peers. The three people at the end of the event with the highest scores wins a DoD:S gift via steam. It was originally going to be two copies but Gen-ig is graciously donating a copy as well.

So here are the rules as far as signing up:
1- You do not own a copy of DoD:S
2- You probably can make it to the DoD:S scrim come next Wednesday (link)
3- You must be a good sport, a lot will play, 3 will win.

Not accepting any more sign ups, these are the final people competing for 3 copies of DoD:S

***Note: This does NOT guarantee a spot on the scrim team vs DOD:S, they are still working on the team development.

well as for as i know im done with church at 8 and i dont think i have anything to do that thursday morning so you can put me on the list if you want to. But i will PM you, if anything changes.

EDIT: wait im confused is it Wed. or this weekend and is in DODs or INS servers?
 
if this is 11 pm i will make it. i have dod:s so i will be playing for the best reason... FUN! lol i just read the entire initial post sorry for my incompetance

Would love to, but I'll be moving out to school that day. (and I doubt my computer will be repaired by then)

I CAN PLAY! however i do not have DOD:S plus i have no mic. But im a excellent shot!

ok this is confusing how can we play on a DOD:S server with out owning a copy of DOD:S,and If we already own why would we try to win another copy of it?....So logically I think It's suppose to be on a INS server so as to earn a copy of DOD:S,but we must play against DOD:S division to earn this copy.Now If this so; is it on Wed. the 26th of Aug. or the weekend of the 28th-30th? And if it starts at 11pm e.s.t. how long approx. will this match last?...and I would Love to join but I Get home around 11:45 to 12:15 depending on what happens at work.. So am I still eligible to play? I need to know at least roughly how long it will last so to know if I can still work the following day or should I call in and say I have Gluteal Ocular Disorder or G.O.D. for short cause I cant see my Rear end coming in to work today.:):)

u dont compete on a DOD: S server for a copy of the game. caffenine is finding people that want to play on the scrim that doesnt have the game. and if you have the game and are intrested in attending the scrim also, im pretty sure u post your intrest here
 
i don't have DOD:S but would like to earn a copy.

Wow you see pretty confused.

We are scrimming the DoD:Source Division on DOD SOURCE, so people need a copy of DOD:S to participate. The purpose of this event (Held on insurgency) is to provide three lucky winners who currently do not have copies of DODS but want to play in the scrim a chance to get the game for free. Caffeine is willing to gift two DOD:S, and I am willing to gift one.

The match is on wednesday (Check the EGO calendar) at 11pm. If you dont get home until 11:45pm you will be too late, and therefore ineligible to win a free copy with the contest.

The event time has been added. For those that are on the list, let me know if you will not be able to make it.
 
Ok one more question. By signing up on THIS list, am i signing up for the chance to win DODs or the thing on WED.?
