Just wondering if people knew about this sport. Probably the most underrated sport right now. It is one of the more physically demanding sports out there, despite what some may think. When you're on the field, you're running pretty much all the time, except when you have the disc of course.

For those that don't know, Ultimate frisbee is a fast-paced game that involves running, sprinting, jumping and laying out over short distances in order to catch and throw the frisbee. Ultimate frisbee is played on a football-like field, with 2 endzones on either side. There are 7 players on each team, and the object of the game is to pass the frisbee to your teammate in the endzone, kind of like a touchdown in football. You can't run with the disc, but you can pivot, like basketball. If the disc is intercepted, goes out of bounds, or hits the ground, it is a turnover and the other team gets the disc.

I was a freshman on my highschool's team last year, the sport has put me in the best shape of my life, and I look forward to playing it for many years to come.

Here's my favorite ultimate video on youtube

I can remember playing this in P.E. in middle school. Although, I never knew it was played professionally.

Cool video!

I hate this game so much........... all because of my gym teacher. At the beginning of the year my gym teacher was always like were gonna be playing sooo much floor hockey this year but then when we started it he says screw floor hockey lets play ultimate frisbee.
