Help with Mobo

After getting the new build set up, a couple of hours later, my video stopped working. I ended up moving the card to the next pci-e slot that was open. It's working again, but everytime I try out the top pci-e slot, it won't work. Could it be that my motherboard is broken? :crying:

Ya i would have to think it would be the slot that is broken.

I recommend an RMA to Tiger, unfortunately a lot of Asus boards have DOA slots/ports.

So I went to Tiger and exchanged it for a new one, and the problem persists, maybe it's something in the bios? I'm not too sure.
