First off everyone here is WRONG!! They are playing the way the game was intended. It is all about taunt kills.
1.To preform these great and embarrassing feats you need to know how to taunt. G default. While taunting you cannot control your character so you are at high risk of dieing, but It is well worth it.
2. Pick a Class With a taunt kill
--Scout* Melee taunt is the killer (Take a long time to wind up and hit the opposing player a mile away... given the ragdoll has the space to fly.)
--Pyro Secondary weapon's taunt is the killer (does a flaming ball of fire [hadoken])
--Heavy Melee taunt is the killer (Ranged taunt. I call it the divine hand)
--Spy Melee as well (This one is tricky as it swipes the enemy a few times before the killing lunge.)
--Sniper* Primary. (Spins and arrow sticks it forward... enemy becomes stunned then pulled out the enemy dies. STUNNING isnt required for the kill.)
*(Scout you mus have and use Sandman. Sniper haven and use Huntsman).
3 (optional) Camping choke points and corners to get prime position for the kill
4. If you kill someone immediately taunt again (if safe) to rub it in.
5 (optional) Get a medic to uber charge you while you try for the glory of a taunt kill.
6 (optional) have scouts use the sandman in order to get in range and preform a taunt kill

PRO TIP: ask a medic for and uber charge as a heavy and eat a sandvich in the middle of the enemy (crit sandvichs taste better). This require you to have the sandvich.

Also when you are spy, never disguise as a scout, heavy, medic, or spy.

Just stick with pyro, soldier, demo and engie.

True, Spy is now one of the best disguises because they added that it shows a mask in your face, so you look more beliavable.

All of the disguises are useful at different times, just some are more....situational. Medic has the ubercharge bar and everything and is perfect because they think you're a medic and start turning around and running thinking you'll start healing them.

Don't blame the disguses, it's all in the user. Some are more advanced I think, but once you get good enough they are all very useful.

Play every class, don't just play one all the time.

Except I would recommend you learn how to be a good medic because those are always needed! Just have fun and enjoy the colorful artwork.
