That cat is awesome, I'm an animal guy in general so these are making me want to go out and buy one... well more a cat than a dog. I would love to get a dog, but I wouldn't be there to give it enough attention. The only thing that has kept me from buying a cat is just all the hair, it can get pretty insane. Oh by the way Vik, what is that cat, my brother had a Calico cat had a lot of energy.

cats are awesome, i have a cat and he doesnt really shed much, it only gets a problem if i dont vacum the floor or couch for like a month or two

Hair and mess would be a problem if I got a pet, I'd probably just get a reptile.

I thought this was an interesting post, however, why doesn't anyone have any exotic pets? i would think us nerds/geeks like lizards.. hehe.. i will post pics of all my pets as soon as i get home

I'll post a picture of my ferret later. My girlfriend and I are dog lovers, and I have a serpent phobia, so we have 5 dogs,(although only 1 lives with us now) a bird, a cat, and a ferret.
