What's interesting is Robin's (and other staffers') backpack(s). There are the normal weapons with funky stats - just like the ones people have spotted. Hover over his sniper rifle/scatter gun/sticky launcher/etc. to see what I mean. It looks like this:

you have the lower lvl hat equipped
