Ok I'm setting this up as of now. We are looking for the best of the best and all of those that would like to play in the new ESL Ladder. Now this is to EVERY member of eGO in the Insurgency division no one is excluded... but we have a limited amount of spaces for the two teams. If and only if we get a huge turn out of people willing to give up their time to participate and help eGO get this going we might even add another team.
If you think that you can put in the time to be on a team and play in matches when they are scheduled please by all means reply to this post. Joining a team will require alot of effort on the parts of every team member from e to eGO seniors. So Please DO Not Take this lightly.
Now a few ground rules for the teams:
-Every Member will be required to act and play by the eGO standards. ANY Signs of disrespect by ANY member of a team will NOT be tolerated. Disrespect towards any opposing team or fellow eGO member will get you removed from a team and you will have a HARD time being able to play in events or scrims all together. Smack talk among eGO members will be VERY limited.
-Each team will have a designated Team Captain. The Team Captains will be the only member of the team that can use in game text chat when talking to the other team. Other members can put gg, gl, and hf but nothing more then that.
-Teams can setup practices with an Advisor present or ask for a scrim against the other team. Getting every member of the two teams ready to play at a few days notice is what we are trying to achieve.
-Every member will be required to run vent and Aequitas during each scheduled game. Also everyone must record a demo during each match.
--This is just the start of the rules and need to know by anyone wanting to join.
Please Do Not respond if you do not think that you can fulfill the duties that will be required for joining a team. All responses need to be no more then three words. Like so: Signup, Sign me up, or signed. Please any and all questions should be submitted to me in a pm on the website or ask me in vent. I want everyone to understand that I and Many other members are not taking this lightly and are doing alot to get this going. This is a group effort and will only succeed if we all are going by the same book. Please take this serious. There is a time for joking and a time to put up and shut up.
