How To Make Vanilla Coke

OK, first off this is a DIFFERANT THREAD than my other one.

I was just wondering how you would make the perfect Vanilla Coke.....as seeing that it's not avalible in Canada.

I have already tried to put a table spoon of Vanilla Extract but it only gave the Coke the smell.......no taste.

So I'm asking. What is the BEST way to make Vanilla Coke at home?
 
Idk man, lol i just buy mine. Perhaps look up the recipe thing?
 
8 oz Coca-Cola
Flavoring Of Choice

If you have maraschino cherry juice left, a tablespoon of the juice
added to the coke will make a cherry coke. For a vanilla coke, add
1/2 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract. For a chocolate coke, add a
thin chocolate syrup such as Fox's or Bosco, to taste in the coke.`

Try a Vanilla flavored syrup in your coke.

(Not sure if it'll work, just an idea)
 
isnt taste based on smell?

so just hold the coke can reallly close to your nose while you drink it. ;D
 
This will probably be the closest you'll get.

Vanilla ice cream + Regular coke.

Ever had a root beer float? Vanilla ice cream + root beer? Same principle, except apply it to coke. You don't have to use that much ice cream, but it will give it the vanilla flavoring, won't water it down, and should maintain that nice and light feeling you get.

One scoop of vanilla ice cream for a full large class of coke should do it.

captain moes, and coke give a nice vanilla coke taste, but that is if your wanted to put some alcohol in it but besides that i would have no idea
 
Vanilla Coke Syrup

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Mix sugar, water and salt in a small saucepan. Heat to boil, then boil gently for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Use one shot per can of coke over ice for vanilla coke.

Wasn't that hard to find it on google. *shrug*
