This will probably be the closest you'll get.

Vanilla ice cream + Regular coke.

Ever had a root beer float? Vanilla ice cream + root beer? Same principle, except apply it to coke. You don't have to use that much ice cream, but it will give it the vanilla flavoring, won't water it down, and should maintain that nice and light feeling you get.

One scoop of vanilla ice cream for a full large class of coke should do it.

ya, vanilla extract is NOT the same as vanilla flavoring or syrup, so thats why that did not work out good.
