keyboard isnt working.....

my wirless keyboard come with my computer (hp) and suddenly isnt working.. i have tested batteries and that connection thing, but it isnt working. PS sorry ifthere is writing problems. im usng onscreen keyoard. thanks!

Oh man that sucks. If its not the batteries then it might be that something physically broke on the inside of your computer. Either get it repaired or buy a new one.
