There are a great deal of garage campers... and it is starting to get relentless... i understand the diff between holding and rushing, but there are some ppl who just love pushing the limit... anyways just wanted to get that off my chest...

Actually you would follow the chain of command.

e -> eG -> eGO. You shouldn't have to get to DL's or Advisors for people camping.

Im a pro camper, but i only camp to hold my position if thers no backup around and i avoid spawn camping because its against the rules.

If the CTs are camping garage a little past 1:30 for a strategic reason (ex: terrorists are shooting at them and trying to enter garage) then they are fine. If they are flat out camping there for no reason, they are holding up the game, etc... an admin will handle it.
