Well I can remember from playing that map that the terrorists like to rush through the spawn in the garage to flank the cts. Are you talking about cts camping by the dumpsters or in the two side rooms? Each of those rooms have legitimate reasons for a camp (i.e. shooting into the windows of the main building). As well, if the cts are camping by the dumpsters, I've usually seen that as a result of a bad ct push and now they're stuck between running halfway through the entire level to get flanked again or getting shot in the back. So they're stuck until they either fight off the t push or are shot and killed by the t push. That is a no win area. Just thank w/e that we don't have awps or else you would be REALLY complaining.
Are you referring to people who camp in the ct spawn and literally stand in the open? Or are you talking about how they shoot from behind that little half wall? I've always found that in particular to be annoying because that is a spawn camp abuse because the CTs are literally standing in their spawn. However, if cts are shooting FROM the spawn, then they will be left standing in the open anyways for an easy kill.
Overall, even if CTs spawn camp, there is little they can do to protect themselves from a determined t rush, and like one player said earlier, they will lose the map anyways.
Spawn camping is always a tricky dilemna and I guess I would only be able to admin it in that particular situation.
