I was beyond due for a new Headset and I decided to grab myself a new gaming mouse at the same time. I'm gonna try 'em ingame and get a feel for them before the SCE match today. I got 4 new buttons to figure out what to do with. The mouse also has the ability to adjust DPI so I can change mouse sensitivity on the fly. That will probably be useful when sniping.

Anyway, yeah I was excited so I thought I'd share.:)

Dude... my friend bought the exact same gear. The headset is awesome (for what he has let me try them), but to my hand the mouse doesn't fit. I can't get a firm grap out of it. But he says that it's the best mouse ever. :p

Congrats on the stuff =)

Mouse comes in red which I would have loved because my comp is red. I was looking at a nice Siberia headset that looked so sick. It totally matched my comp colour too so it was hard to make this decision. Ultimately price and convenience won over and I sacrificed the looks. I hardly regret it though as I'm really enjoying them already.

Had trouble binding one key and it seems I need to have this program running if I want to use it. Kinda a drag, but it's only a minor inconvenience so I'll live with it.

I have gone through two of the mx518's now. Not because they were junk, but because I used them constantly. Great mice.

nice stuff cutter!

were you using this gear the other night when you racking up all those kills?

Nah, that was me while using inferior mices and a half broken headset. Now I shall be unstoppable!:P

Took me a while to get used to the increased sensitivity. I felt like a newb all over again. Apparently I had some trouble with the mic that nobody really bothered to mention until after yesterdays events were over. Sorry if the interference annoyed anyone too much, but I think I may have it sorted out. I would appreciate it if people would yell at me in vent if my mic is acting up again until I get it sorted out. :facewall:

Thanks.

Pretty nice ^^
These are mine >: D

Boo, I wanted to get the 5Hv2 but it's a bit outta my price range :(

The G5 mouse was what I was going to get too, but I didn't like the rough texture or the cord, plus it was more expensive.

I submit, however. Your gear is superior. I am still very pleased with mine though!

What mouse and head set is that where did u get it and how much??

I have that mouse!

One quick thing, if you install the drivers, it increases the maximum sensitivity, but the on the fly switching will still work without them.

The G5's texture isnt really that rough, it actually feels pretty nice ^^ Also I remember some mouse getting slippery when I used them enough (but they also got shiny lol). But yeah, the mouse you got is very uber uber leet. My friend has it and he loves it ;)

It's the Fatal1ty headset and the MX518 mouse. I got it at a store in my city for $100(CND). It was a steal!

Disclaimer: I did not actually steal either of these products. The word "steal" was simply used as a verb to describe how good a deal I got. I did, infact, purchase both products with my own money. Thank you.
