Within the last week maybe two but really as of the last week Ive been noticing a lot more e's causing problems and spamming. As well as eGs trying to overturn an eGOs decision to gag/mute/silence/revokect another player.
Basically this what Im talking about:

Oh I guess this isn't really a rant but more a suggestion, Wardening:

- Its not needed
- I see too many complaints that are he said/she said incidents with no condump, screenshots or demos to back it up.
- If you have a legit complaint about a player's actions, attitude or administrating you better have something to back it up with when you send it to me.
- If its something small that doesn't truthfully require PMing me, then take it to an eGO first unless they cannot handle it.
- Don't PM me with noise such as "So n So freekilled me while I was on my LR and the admin did nothing" Thats nice if its one, two, three freekills just move on. You'll live dont worry its just a game... A GAME.
- You dont get ST if you're freekilled so don't spam that either its not a rule.
Spamming:
- You all already know not to spam text, voice or voice commands.
- As a member you do not get warnings, you will be banned for spamming thats final.
- If you see someones spamming and theres an admin but theyre an AFK try to get ahold of another admin
- Dont talk over the warden we dont need 5 or 6 people talking over the warden, especially when its our own members
- You dont get ST if you're freekilled so don't spam that either
Administrating:
- eGs dont over turn what an eGO does. You can and will have your admin removed if you're caught doing so.
- Dont like what an eGO did? PM me with a condump, screenshot, demo of what they did. Ill look into and ask all sides to make everyone's story matches up.
- e's you don't get warnings, so dont expect one. Caught spamming, gagged or muted/kicked/banned ; swearing, banned; caught arguing with an admin or another player or disrespecting someone on the server, kicked and/or banned. End of story.
- Anything about JAIL goes to me, you PM a DL or another advisor chances are and high chances are, that it will get forwarded to me
Oh I guess this isn't really a rant but more a suggestion, Wardening:
[*] Do stuff with the prisoners go to disco, go outside, go to climbs etc.
[*] Dont do trivia and/or couch game all round.
[*] Dont just keep the prisoners at their cells and facing them or move them just to sit there and face a wall or fence.
[*] Keep them active, it keeps you alert.
[*] Give them a chance to rebel, not too hard, but yet not too easy.
[*] Dont give ST to people (and the same people) every round and multiple people each round. Its Special Treatment for a reason, keep it like a freeday, once in a while not everyround.
