YO, this is your homeboy fathobo. I was just wondering what my =(eGO)= homies use as headphones to get their music on and their gaming on. Here are mine.

I got these for gaming:

fatality headsets woot, really good. $50

These for working out, $40 there called V-moda, really good I recommend em.

And these for making sure I can hear my music in the best way possible, greatest investment I have ever made. $300 Beats by Dr.Dre better than Bose.
Noise canceling too.

Right on those are badass looking, I have a simple 40$ pair that I got from newegg.com I don't have them with me and I forget what brand they are, but the mic works great. I personally don't use the headphones, I'm a speakers and mic guy...

Really old polk audio speakers and for my iPod I use skullcandy earphones. They were about $10. Not sure about the speakers.

I use a Plantronics Behind-the-Neck Stereo Headset which is around $35 to $40. I like them because of the great sound I get with them.

Lol nice Dingo, I have seen one of them before, but it was someone on a motorcycle driving by me :P kidding :)

I'm using the cheapest Turtle Beach has to offer. At the time they were the only headset sponsor eGO had and my laptop doesn't have a super fancy plug-in so I needed the regular mic/headphone jack. They were $15 and are pretty sweet. They're so much better than the speakers on my computer.

Yea, the fatality headsets are really good, I recommend em you can wear em for a really long time and your head doesn't feel uncomfortable, at least it doesn't bother me.

I recommend either Turtle Beach or Triton Technologies because they're sponsoring us! Bunch of loons in this division.

I'm a bit spoiled using my AKG 701s :P I'll post a giant pic since that seems be the cool thing to do. I'm using a Zalman clip on mic for speaking.

Bose is possibly the biggest joke in music. No one who knows audio likes Bose. No highs no lows, it must be Bose. I've heard good things about the beats, I've only listened to them in Best Buy tho.

Yay, finally a real headphone listed here. I use the Sennheiser HD 595 and PC 350 for gaming and my Beyerdynamic DT880 and Denon AH-D2000 for music. Congratulations on the K701's, I've been wanting the K702 for some time but got turned off by reports of a very analytical and cold sound. I would like to hear your opinion of the bass response and what sources you use.

The bass response is pretty tight and fast but pretty lacking in its intensity. It's definitely not for bass heads but I don't really need a lot of bass so it suits me just fine. It's definitely analytical and a bit cold but I like it lol. I got a tube amp for it which helped warm up the sound some more.

I'm in the process of upgrading my gear and I just cleared everything. I'm working on a budget so I've only used a Prodigy HD2 as my source hooked up to a Little Dot II++ Amp (might not be powerful enough). I'm getting a AudioGD Compass soon which should hopefully improve everything. I'm probably not the best person to give you a good impression.

Damn I'm jealous of your collection I've always wanted to hear the 595s and the Denons. Oh well, maybe If I have less hobbies... I used to own Audiotechnica's a500 and the AD-700s which were great for gaming and music.
