my computer works normally and then bang the screen goes multi coloured and it crashes and then wen i turn it back on it does it again soon as u turn it on dnt kno wats wrong ive turned my overclock off would it be a problem with my graphic card cause ive jus built my computer it worked fine 4 1st week till it stared doin it so dnt kno
 
It very well could be the video card. Do you have another video card you could put in to test it?
 
This same thing has happened to me, the screen colours would mess up and the computer lock up. My video card was broken. Make sure you have updated your drivers, and monitor your temperatures to make sure that you are not overheating. If those fail, it is most likely a dead video card.
 
ya i was gonna mention bout temps since you've obviously overclocked (at least your CPU)
 
First thing you would need to do is test using another GPU. It could be quite a few things, but more than likely from how you make it sound is the video card.

same thing happenned to me when I fried my video card.. :(
 
well if its all brand new then its all under warranty, you'll either need another card to test in the pci slot or another pci slot to test your current card to deduce which the problem is
