Pyros take priority over soldiers since pyros actually help keep spies away.
Soldiers just stand around looking dumb.

id say this only applies if the tele is lvl 1 or maybe 2. who cares on a lvl 3 tele, so you wait an extra 2.5 seconds to go through. unless you're in an extremely tight time situation it doesn't make a difference.
