Latecny Ping Problem

Hi guys, I know there are some guides on this forum about lowering your ping, but I'd rather ask for help you know? get the awnsers. My computer kind of laggs, i dont know but my computer is UBER fast but i think it has to do with rate and latency? Codes maybe in the console :S.Thank you guys you are soo helpful!!!

Has your computer always had a high ping? or has it gradually become sluggish since you bought it?

this might not be your ping it could be choke or loss open console and type :
net_graph 3
keep an eye on the choke and loss and ping, you already said theres alot tutorials on here, well theres one to reduce choke and loss *look ate the first guide*:
