So ever since about a day ago, my computer has about every 20 minutes, completely freezing. I can move my mouse, but that's it. I can't click anything, i can't interact with anything, and its getting really annoying. I'm currently running Windows 7 RC, Build 7100. I don't know what happened. So now I have to manually restart my computer every time that happens. Please help.

well, im not sure. but i remember reading that after the real windows 7 has been released, all windows 7 RC versions will freeze every 20 mins and soon will not work at all.
This is false. The RC versions are good until sometime next year (can't remember when). You will have plenty of warning when "it" will expire, and you will have to cough up a registration key at that time, or you can't "do" anything.
How long have you been running windows 7 before this happened?
I would suggest you look into spyware/virus stuff.
Or perhaps, check to see if a driver was just updated. If so, you might want to roll something back...
