I am experiancing extreamlly low transfer rate and it also takes for ever to buffer videos on youtube, and loading pages like facebook and myspace takes longer then it should because of the pictures on the page.
I use comcast cable as an ISP, i use to be able to load pages at a normal pace and my transfer rate was about 300 KB / Sec , now it takes minutes to load some pages and my transfer rate is going around 1.5 KB / Sec - 9.0 KB / Sec if im lucky 11 Kb/ Sec. Its exreamlly aggrivating while trying to download programs and games , it has been like this for about a month now , im running windows vista and i use internet explorer. Also when i talked with my ISP they said everything seemed to be running normally on there end.
If any one could help it would be greatlly appreciated , im semi technilogically challenged and this problem is something id really like to get fixed. Thanks in advance for any one who attempts to assist.
