On the Edge game pass question

Hello everyone! I am a relatively new player playing on PC through the gamepass as we are relatively poor right now, playing with my girlfriend. We purchased the season pass so that we could have all the DLCs only to find out that on the Edge had just released then steam had a sale on the game. So baisically we were wondering if the DLC will be on the Game Pass soon or if it would behuve us to just buy the bundle on steam since it's going to be a while before the DLC comes to Xbox for windows 10. Would really really appreciate someone's help with this desperate10.0.0.0.1ly confused and just want to play the DLC we've payed for.
