Misc:

• Prevented /st from toggling WeaponPaints' StatTrak state (use /stattrak instead)
• Fixed issue surrounding AutoRTD
• Fixed edge case causing players to be stuck in a limbo state

• Removed DS restrictions for all special days except for HNS and Speedrun, which are now Silver only
