Counter-Strike Delivered Prevent No Guard Rounds

Greetings fellow breakers of jail,

I'd like to suggest that if there are no players on the guard team, but there are people in queue for guard, that the round timer be set to 1 minute to avoid everyone waiting for 7+ minutes for the round to end or everyone to type !kill (which never happens).

If a team is empty you can slay yourself to end the round. Otherwise yes, this would be a small nice QOL.
