thank you, i agree all these changes look HORRIBLE the wrench is mostly pointless unless you have a regular engie helping you build, all the medic changes just suck i would say the medic update was the only balanced update so far, the heavy throwing his sandvich albeit AWESOME makes him now a medic with a mini gun, and the flameproof suit for spy will reduce the number of ragequits due to spontaneous combustion from spastic pyros but will alter the gameplay WAY too much for this to be a good idea :S

The wrench is great for combat engineers, the medic changes bring the unlockable into balance with their counterparts, throwing the sandvich seems to get rid of it making the heavy have to go to a supply closet before he can do it again getting rid of his shotgun and healing device, as for the flame-proof suit, axetinguisher. It even gets rid of the revolver, one of the main defensive weapons of the spy. It is like the razorback, large cost and too specific to have a large payoff. These are all good ideas and you will still be playing after the update and having fun, people need to stop over reacting.
well im not overreacting im just trying to put emphasis on my point (plus i never said i was guna stop playing thats a bit too far or that i wouldnt be having fun either, i think you should stop assuming things about people or reading too far into something), combat engies? isnt that only in arena mode? i personally never thought the medic was out of balance you never hear anyone complaining about how their overpowered, i see the point on the heavies sandvich i didnt see he went back to the supply closet, and while yes its true that the spys revolver would be gone it doesnt matter since with the spy no longer catching fire + C&D it will be almost impossibly to find a spy once their cloaked increasing their chances to back stab people.
Combat engies are effective on all game types building forward sentries and dispensers to suppor the team, the medic isnt out of balance but his weapons are, no one even uses the needle gun and bonesaw anymore. The spy still takes a lot of damage from fire with the suit in the video, enough for a quick spycheck to take you down.
fireproof suit suddenly makes the spy OP'd
I find myself unsure of the validity of this "Beta Valve" release. If you watch it again, watch the chatting in the lower left corner. It is not English, rather it looks like possibly Russian characters. Unless I'm mistaken, Valve in not located in the former Soviet Union, but in Seattle, Washington.
The Article said:European and American competitive TF2 clans are being recruited for the beta,
For now, I'm just ignoring everything I've found regarding this 'beta' TF2 update. I don't know about you guys, but I'm currently alright playing with everything how it is rather than sighing over my favourite weapons getting meddled with.
And if it changes? Then I'll adapt and keep playing my favorite FPS, regardless.
