Is having a level 89 friend rush you threw hell difficulty at level 17 considered cheating?

No, but I think blizzard should autoban all accounts that are in nightmare and hell that are still level 1. All they are, are spammers anyway.

+1

Nah getting rushed to hell is fine, just don't brag that you did it yourself :P

I wouldnt say it's cheating, but for me I'd rather play it straight through. :shrugs:

Its boosting. Boosting is an xbox term :P, where you get things not as hard as their supposed to be. Like on CoD 1 on 1 boosting guns, or boosting achievements!

In the d2 world we call it rushing. But because you actually don't meet the level requirement for the next difficulty level it is called grushing or glitch rushing.

[me]Remembers leaching from town when d2 was first released.[/me]

I don't consider it cheating but I personally like legitimately playing through hell mode.

brush/grush is perfectly legal.

RE: The Yeti. Most mules are level 1 pat/mats or champions.

Nah, hell rush is fine.
i did it =P .. The only people who don't rush themselves to hell difficulty are those who are just starting / can't handle the hell difficulty.
