Its not here yet just another one of Jason's silly ideas
I made a similar post on the insmod.org form but I will just sum it up here.
I'm pissed off at wasting my money on Bad Company 2 because it consist of nothing but graphics and it fall short on everything else when it comes to game play movement,communication, and realism I honestly can't go that far in dept about the game because it sucks so much I just can't enjoy it for more than 15 mins but
not being able to go prone blows
not being able to look around corners blows
if you think it sucks to snip someone in the head in isurgency and not kill them omg you got your work cut out for you on bc2
not being able to talk to other player blowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwssss
I know its still in beta but last time I check so is insurgency I will sell this piece of crap game to anyone 2 weeks after the release for $40

I don't want cutting edge graphics I want cutting edge game play
which I have with insurgency :drool: they seriously need to get that game into retail because it puts a lot of other games to shame

So please post what would make you pay $50 for insurgency without adding cars and airplane and stuff of that nature because then your talking about a complete new game!
Try to keep it on minor things like bigger clip size, smoke grenades for 203, more scopes, more maps

Oh and I'm my own person with my own views and opinions so please don't turn this into a "No Jason your wrong bad company 2 is the most amazing thing since slice bread Post" I just stated my own personal opinion which you my find invalid and there is nothing wrong with that! But I could care less to hear what you think in the matter I only care what you think in regards to Paying $50 for insurgency 3.0!

Ummm updated graphics like CS:S quality. Better player models.
But the same feel.
More maps.

Melee attacks. Like a combat knife. Or something.
Hum V. Or a pick up truck.
One per side.

IDk I'm just thinking off the top of my head.
 
ok Jason here is my 2 cents about BC2. Yes no prone sucks and I can't figure why the left it out since it was in BF2. You are wrong about the no mic thing. You can talk to squad members just like BF2. There is a hardcore version which is more realistic about damage but BC2 is not INS it plays diffrent you just have to get used to it. As a fan of the BF series I like this game and cant wait for the full release.

If you don't want people to comment on your opinons about BC2. I would suggest leaving the out of your post.

graphics have been updated last week, or 2 weeks ago, simple proof the sunlight is much stronger, so they are working on the graphics
 
about bc2 just wait until they release the official version, i am not pleased about the bete version to but maybe the official game is going to be much better, just wait and see i guess.

I just really wanted to vent about it sucking but I'm of course going to still be giving it a try but I just had to use it to draw a comparison.

Yea all your ideas sound cool a knife would be awesome in this game it an be a big one or a small one I don't mind as long as I can shank a sniper that would be amazing!

I also thought about a vehicle in the game but only 1 or 2 at the max!

Insurgents have 2 old land rover and ied's no tanks lol!
Or Insurgents have really old clunkers that can only be driven a few few before exploding lol
Marines have 1 hummer and M1 Abrams
only thing with vehicles is the maps would have to be a great deal larger?

Better player models. do you mean like more realistic if say +1

Grenade rolling
Pistol quick-switch (Drop, as in remove from inventory, primary to pull out pistol very quickly)
Blindfire from Cover.
Automatic Voice Commands/Responses.
Commander Voice NPC (Audio from some NPC who's the "Commander" watching the battle. Says that we're capturing/losing a point. Warns of low reinforcements.)
Salvage Ammo from fallen players.

Yeah this would help that game play a lot!

Oh BTW BFBC2 Is Going to be EPIC!
(newest game. great support for it. and just some epic action parts.)

I loved BF 1942 and BF2, but BFBC2 is just what Jason says, a bunch of graphics and special effects. It even looks like CODMW which is terrible. It's bad enough that Diablo 3 looks like WoW, but this is unacceptable. Games such as TF2 and Borderlands have shown that you don't need hyper-realistic visuals to make a great game.

For my $50 insurgency would need to fix a lot of things like the invisible force fields around objects (mostly cars.) etc. etc for bugs. And balancing would need to be considered. Also, a new, cutting-edge, innovative game type, with a few maps designed for it.

lol. Nothing. I cant stand how video games are 50-60 or even 70 bucks now. The only way i would get it is if i got it used or traded things in. I just cant bring myself now to really spend more than 30 bucks on a game. 50 bucks...to much for a game.
 
Personally, I'd like to see more people being able to join a game, that would of course make it where new positions are available. Like, 2 more snipers per team. Or 2 more squad leaders. Also, it'd be kind of cool if they would add different types of pistols, like snipers would get a .357 or something :P

I don't know, my ideas probably seem a bit lame.

Allow of these changes seem to make the game easier which I wouldn't really appreciate. Pistol quick switch for example. If you shot off a whole clip and missed, you should suffer for it. Suffer by being shot down while slowly pulling out your pistol. Also, NPC command voice. The reason one isn't currently in the game is to promote teamwork. One person should call out over the microphone if a point has been captured or not.

Also, the insurgents do speak a different language when playing as a Marine. They only speak English when you are playing as an insurgent.

They are adding new weapons, with the m1911 all ready in the works.
