Steam Error, Please Help Me!

That is off topic, back on topic.

According to Steam, this problem happens if Steam is in English while your OS layout is in another language. Might seem dumb, but it's an issue.
Please also make sure that your time is correct. Again, a dumb issue but it is an issue.

Well, I have in my other pc, windows 7, except that here where my dad is on it, but it has windows xp!
in my other pc, I have windows 7 and in Spanish, and steam works 100%!

and For, Try, uninstalling and reinstalling it in Spanish, which my pc is in Spanish!, and the error continues!

When you installed Steam, did you install it in English or Spanish?
Every program has its own individual language no matter if your PC is in Spanish or not.

Excuse me, no offense, but it's really hard to make sense of what you're saying.

If anyone can help, that'd be superb.

This kind of information can be found from a specific local log-in like 192.168.1.1(More common among Linksys routers) or on the bottom of the physical device.

Lo Que te digo es que: Tengo Internet, El internet no me da problemas ni nada, y pues el error que tengo es con steam, el internet de por si , me anda un 100% rapido!, y pues el unico problema que tengo es este!

No te puedo dar informacion del Router, ya que el que me puso internet, puso una antena; un radio, de manera que reciba la se?al de internet, y mediante lo que te mostre ( DES-1105) , yo recibir se?al de internet!,

Acabo de descargar y me descarga a un 300kb/s !
