This is something I wanted to try to see how it would look.

The only Program I have is paint. So it is not perfect at all. If anyone wants to fix this. Or make something like this better go stright ahead.

I am also looking for suggestions on what to do better.

1. Place the picture file in your cstrike folder located at:

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\yourname\counter-strike source\cstrike

2. Start CS:S and click on options.

3. Click on Import Spray and then on the cstrike folder.

4. You will see the name of the picture file; select it, click open and then click OK

5. Connect to your favorite server and spray away!

Grab G.I.M.P., it's an open source version of Photoshop. The best there is besides Photoshop!
