Thats what I'm here for. ;DYa. I could go on and on about what I do and don't like about the new beta compared to the old CS:S, but all I will say is good post Surrealism. Very helpful to others.

Thank you!!!
Now no more "Counter Fortress Herp Derp"
People are stupid sometimes.
I thank you again surrreal.
But I like my Counter Fortress and World of Fortresscraft 2
Unsure, I cannot find any posts or answers to the times they open it to new players. When is the next opening for the beta?
Im really sad to see some of you fools dont like it. Maybe because you guys are too lazy to actually aim and fire. So used to spraying and praying.
This was a great idea, it helped alot!
And tbh, I think spraying is just MUCH EASIER now! :confused1:I know right, I am sick of sprayers, learn to aim or die.
Good post, man! As many others, the scoreboard annoys me, as I have a bad habit of frequently checking the scoreboard...

Much agreed! Most likely we will not be able to download the Beta, the available slots were filled, which means they had a set limit to how many accounts can download the Beta. At least Valve says that as soon as the Beta is over CS:S will be updated to the new system. I can't wait, even though it will cause some commotion for the modding community, they will easily bounce back, the Source 2009 engine is actually slightly easier to write plugins for, no doubt sourcemod, mm:s, mani, and eventscripts will be back on within a few days of the change. Who knows, they could be rewriting the plugins now. If they have plugin compatibility for tf2 and such, then they will have compatibility with the new CS:S!![]()
