Team Stacking

To all of you excellent players who will not switch to the losing side because you won't get to play with your friends:

Camaraderie. You just can't beat it. Pity you're all losing out on the opportunity to make some new friends. Maybe even do some recruiting. Oh well, I'm sure you have enough friends already.

when i join i always hit pick for me so it usually puts me on teh losing team or the team with the leats players so occasionally it forces me on teh winning team because someone quit as i joined =/ but i do usually go to the losing team if they are getting rolled to at leats try and even the odds. Quite frankly Blackmesa is boring as hell when one team is rolling the other REGARDLESS if im on the winning or losing team it isn't fun since blackmesa is pretty much meant to be like a 2+ hour grind for a win XD

I try to ALWAYS join the loosing team. As far as I'm concerned the only way you're going to become a better player (and switch up the odds) is if when ever you play... You actually have to PLAY.

Also sometimes i join teh team with the least eGo members for bounties XD and ussually the ones with teh most are doing the best lol

Any team with Cheesepat is stacked.

True

On a more serious note, when you clear out a server no matter what side you are on, you get tired of people accusing you of stacking. It's called quit whining and get good.

it happens in Egypt sometimes, especially late nights. And that point, people would start typing "scramble" or "votescramble", which is not possible in eGO servers. I was just wondering, where did the scramble command go?

And even without the scramble commands, things will even out eventually. With more people leaving the losing team, the winning team will keep get auto-balanced and moved to the losing team. :-)

Scramble got removed 'cause it was either overused, underused/too hard to use (i.e. too hard to vote it), or abused by admins with the power to just force a scramble.

And for the second paragraph in your post: This. That's what I came here to say. Stacking does happen, and since we can't (as admins/players) do anything to help undo it other than try to help the losing team, just accept the fact that as one team gets rolled, players ragequit, and auto balance takes players from the dominating team to the dominated, eventually the dominator becomes the dominated, the stompers the stomped, the learners the masters (had to throw in the Star Wars ref).
