Dear CS:S Division members:

I have been dealing with a problem with my steam account regarding an issue about the ability to change my in-game spray.

I have one solution that might work, but for that I need to have someone to trust and put all my confidence in: Reason why I come to EdgeGamers.

In order to fix this issue I might need someone else to take my account and make the spray change.

That is why I am posting this. If someone would like to help I would be very grateful.

I am aware of the risks of giving my password to someone else, that technically I do not know personally. I have made some arrangements in order to provide security for the decision, nevertheless whatever could happen.

If someone feels that can give a friend as truly yours a hand, please let me know and I'll explain in detail what I need.

Sigma.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH BEANIE, FOR TAKING THE TIME AND FOR THE TRUST IVE PUT ON YOU.

Thanks Penguinnn for offering to help as well, you guys are people that somewhere in the world are to be really trusted

I was going to help but Beanie already took it haha :)
Im glad that you fixed your problem Sigma, and thanks for helping Beanie

I posted a thread about 2 days ago about a problem i had with a "Spray Import Error - The Image File is Corrupt" and since Steam told me to F*** off, I came to eGO for assistance and someone suggested what we just did and...

SUCCESS :D

Probably shouldn't censor words on the forums, in game rules apply here also, but grats on getting your spray fixed.

That Red Bolded and Underlined quote just made my day Sigmus. That is what eGO is all about. Trust, Maturity, Dedication, and Fun. :)

common sense

Don't give out your account info, especially not for something dumb like changing a spray

Oh that problem, jpeg(jpg), bmp is always like that, thats why I use .tga. tga doesnt make that error

KOREA_XD: Actually I figured out the problem: It is not the format of the file or the location but the root where the game is installed. I downloaded CS:S once in a laptop of fine with Windows in english and since recently I buyed a new pc with Windows in Spanish, I just copied files from one to other.

It seems that doing this and not downloading the whole game caused the roots to remain as in the first equipment and therefore no matter what I did to change the folders, in-game the changes weren't applying.

So basically the error fixes if: 1. I download the whole 4gb+ of the game again or 2. I make whatever changes I want in another I.P.

GENO_KNIGHT: What you may call common sense I call it sense of paranoia. I know the world we live in and I was perfectly aware for the risks that were implied, but if we forget how to live among other, we'd rather be alone forever. Thanks for the support and the comments to everyone
