Punk Buster issues!!!

First id like to say is that i got Bad Company 2 and would love to join the Ego server for this game.


So i am logged in and ready to join server. Once I do; a window pops up stateing " You can not Join the server untill your PunkBuster is eigther installed or Running"


Also please not that it is installed and there is (or atleast i think) no possible way to turn it on.

If someone or better yet everyone can help I will be thankful!!!

make sure that you have allowed it through windows firewall

Nope never mind.......... i put firewall on installed and uninstalled punkebuster twice and no results for firewall.

Check your services to see if PnkBstrA is "Started"

but im not sure if thats what you meant by "starting"

Start -> Run -> type: services.msc

hit Enter

Scroll down to PnkBstrA and see if it's started.

Sorry for late response, was watching movies.

Start as in the Start button in Windows, then select run.

Or you could just press the Windows Key + R
