hey I have a question about gameME I was taking a look at it for the first time and saw those awards and thing and was wondering if the award for longest kill streak I have is covering the whole server.

Pretty sure it doesnt it just tells you what YOUR longest kill streak is please correct me if I'm mistaken

It covers the longest kill streak over all four servers for the day in question, not all time.
