Best <$100 headset for laptop

They are? Guess I've just been lucky with mine. I've used either IBM or Lenovo for years now, and they're always outstanding. Sorry, I just assumed it was common for laptops to have integrated mics that worked.

Exactly. I hate talking to people who use laptop mics because I'm struggling to hear their voice over what sounds like a jet engine.

Holy crap I just found my 2+ year old Cyber Snipa Sonar 5.1 headset...wonder if this thing still works...although I found positional performance was merely above average at best. Might end up not getting a new headset at all for a while...

Cheap. Yes. Sturdy. No....Mine snapped in half about a week ago, I wouldn't recommend them, also they are kinda heavy to get used to, first little while I was getting neck pains till I got used to them. Just my two cents.
