Suggestion

Hello, coming today with a simple suggestion. I'm not sure who schedules all of the TF2 meetings, but i was wondering if there was a way too to the meetings sorta "twice". I'm sure there is alot of people that can't make all the meetings (even though i would love too). Saturdays are BAD days for me (unless its 7 EST or later) and i haven't been able too make much meetings I missed the last divisional meeting and will miss the Admin Round table, simply due too time, and id love too attend. Will this be possible?

Nonetheless, it might be cool to have like a very shortened version of the meetings available, like a super summary group or something, summarizing everything in a minute or two. Kinda like a podcast (I've never listened to ego's before)?

We don't do Meeting in a Minute for Division Meetings or for Admin Roundtable, they are however recorded almost every time.

As for scheduling them at different times, the Clan Wide meetings are at the same time on the same day every month so that members and Leadership can plan their schedules around them if they would like to and are able to. Division Meetings are scheduled based on what time the most Divisional Leadership can attend and the highest percentage of members will be able to attend, but with a bit of a focus on all members of Leadership being able to available. Admin Roundtables focus more on when the members can meet, as it is not as essential that Leadership members be there.

While I suppose we could hold the meetings twice, we would really rather not. I recommend listening to the recordings (posted in the forums within 24 hours of the meeting concluding usually) and then you can feel free to ask any Leadership member any questions that you have about it.
