Cheap PSU?

Hey guys recently my super old power supply decided it had had enough so it died. I need a cheap yet reliable PSU for my desktop because I'm sick of my 15 FPS CS:S gaming experience on my cheapo single core laptop. Any recommendations?

edit: I meant to put my PC components. To help clarify what I need from a psu.

I have an msi am2+ mobo
4GB of ddr2 ram (2x2GB)
AMD Phenom x4 (not phenom II)
2 PATA harddrives
XFX HD4550
Standard sata dvd burner
TV Tuner card (dont remember brand)

I also have about 6 USB devices plugged in at a time (Hauppaugge HD-PVR, Blue snowball mic, razer naga, razer blackwidow, usb sound card, external HDD, and occasionally a usb wireless adapter)

I have a few good 500w psu's lying around here. If you have a low budget, I'll be willing to give you one for cheap.

I have a very low budget. as cheap as i can possibly get one that will still work. I had 500w before it was just really old and it decided to die.

Actually to clarify, the PSU that phobus linked is actually pretty good. That one would work no problem.

Trust me, your computer will only need at max ~300W, maybe even less. 430W is plenty.

Since there are no decent-well-priced 300w units, The Corsair CX430 is probably your best bet:

Okay maybe I'll go with that. I have it slightly overclocked but not a whole lot. My video card is overclocked as well. Also that corsair will probably work better than most 500w PSU's since it is such good quality and has 100% throughput.

even if it is overclocked, it won't be a problem.

And anything that can't deliver 100% of it's rated wattage within ATX spec, is NOT quality in ANY way/shape/form. The CX430 is low end, but it does deliver it's rated specs.

Yes... for future proofing. Since money is such a concern, though, I guess he doesn't have the luxury of future proofing his system.

You can run a stock i5-2500k and a GTX 480 on a solid 450W PSU.

Solved. I took some scrounging up but I bought a corsair cx500 Since i plan on getting a phenomIIx4 soon and some dual cards.
