This has been going on since day one, including bfbc2, and obviously many other games. I guarantee we have people amongst us that are doing this. I've suspected many, but since it's so hard to prove it's really pointless to worry about it. If EA really wanted to take care of this issue, they could. It costs them money.........punkbuster isn't the solution.
People constantly whine and cry about their privacy, even though things could most likely be done in ways that wouldn't truly affect privacy. I'm guessing because of that they most likely aren't going to implement controls, invest the money to develop the tools necessary, and go through the necessary legal steps to ensure their behinds are covered.
There will always be people doing this until the game is locked totally down. That always makes people upset because it limits their buying options among other things.
